GAUS Academy provides access to digital lessons, platform modules, AI-content workflows, generated assets, and related educational materials.
Payments may be processed in EUR or USD depending on the payment form available at checkout.
To request a refund, email support@gaus.academy with the payment email, payment date, amount, and a short reason for the request.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. We may ask for additional payment details to identify the transaction and prevent duplicate or fraudulent requests.
Because the product is digital, access to paid modules, consumed generation credits, downloaded materials, or completed platform tasks may limit or exclude a refund.
If only part of the service has been used, GAUS Academy may issue a partial refund at its discretion.
Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method when technically possible.
